SkillNest Academy – Tutor Terms of Use
1. Independent Tutor
Tutors provide educational services independently and are not employees or agents of SkillNest Academy.
2. Fee Collection
Tutors are solely responsible for collecting tuition fees directly from students. SkillNest Academy does not collect, hold, or distribute student payments.
3. Academy Commission
Tutors agree to pay SkillNest Academy the agreed commission or service fee for students referred through the SkillNest Academy platform.
4. Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors shall provide accurate profile information, conduct classes professionally, maintain agreed schedules, and communicate clearly with students regarding fees and policies.
5. Taxes and Legal Compliance
Tutors are responsible for all taxes, invoices, receipts, and legal obligations related to the fees they receive from students.
6. Student Disputes
Tutors are responsible for resolving payment disputes, refund requests, and class-related issues directly with students.
7. Account Suspension
SkillNest Academy may suspend or terminate a tutor's account for fraud, non-payment of academy commission, false information, misconduct, or violation of these Terms of Use.
SkillNest Academy – Student Terms of Use
1. Platform
SkillNest Academy connects students with independent tutors for online and offline learning.
2. Payments
Students shall pay all tuition fees directly to the tutor using the payment method agreed with the tutor. SkillNest Academy does not collect or process tuition fees.
3. Tutor Selection
Students are responsible for selecting a tutor based on their own requirements and judgment.
4. Classes
Class schedules, teaching methods, cancellations, and rescheduling shall be agreed directly between the student and the tutor.
5. Refunds
Any refund request, fee dispute, or payment issue must be resolved directly with the tutor. SkillNest Academy is not responsible for refunds.
6. Student Conduct
Students must behave respectfully, provide accurate information, and use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
SkillNest Academy is not responsible for the quality of teaching, tutor performance, examination results, or payment disputes between students and tutors.
